If you own property in the Queen City Independant School District, please be aware that your 2011 taxes will not
be available until after the school tax rate is ratified by the voters on November 8, 2011.

Payments made by credit card will be posted in the Tax Office after the funds are received in the Tax Office
bank account. From the time a payment is submitted, there are 3 to 7 business days before the Tax Office receives
the funds.

Tax payments made by 12:00 am (mid-night) on January 31, 2012 for 2011 property taxes will be posted as
ON TIME payments, without penalty or interest.

Be sure to get your payment confirmation number when your payment is accepted.
